Caramelle anice senza zucchero 500g;  Golosina di Rossella storica azienda nata nel 1897 Santo Rossello, recuperando da antichi testi di confetteria la ricetta del fondant, iniziava la produzione di bonbons finissimi identici a quelli che ancora oggi Rossella produce.
Nasceva così, sul fiorire dell’800, il prodotto raffinato e di altissima qualità che non è azzardato definire il migliore dei fondants, il “Fondant ‘800”.
La piccola azienda, nata a Ellera in provincia di Savona, dopo l’iniziale periodo di lavoro svolto in ambito locale, si trasferiva dalla sua sede originale a Genova, dove il prodotto fu subito apprezzato e la produzione cominciò a crescere. Passano gli anni e la produzione si espande, il prodotto varca i confini liguri preceduto dalla sua fama di qualità e bontà senza pari in quei primi anni del secolo scorso.
Passano anche le generazioni e il fondatore Santo Rossello cede la sua azienda ormai ben avviata al nipote che a sua volta, dopo molti anni di attività, raggiunta l’età del riposo e non avendo eredi cede il marchio e le ricette affinché un simile patrimonio non andasse perduto.

It is said that in 1817, in England, the monk William of Doncaster prepared decocts and herbal infusions to help his brethren cope with and heal seasonal ailments. One day, mixing menthol and eucalyptus, he devised a candy with an intense and round taste, which combined the benefits of balsamic with the pleasure of a persistent freshness. A practical but effective remedy that could be used on every occasion, even outside the walls of the abbey, thus giving relief to an increasing number of people. Soon the voice of the prodigious candy created by the monk spread and his admirers continued to grow. From that ancient recipe was born Monk’s, the monk’s candy, still prepared today according to the dictates of the legendary frà William. Akellas has always been active in the development of balsamic candies that bring well-being and relief in case of coughing and states of discomfort of the respiratory system. Alongside Monk’s traditional balsamics, Akellas over time has developed a number of references to complement its offering, including sugar-free candies, courtesy farfallina candies, fruit references, gelées and functional line.
